Brio Show Homes Released For Sale

For the past few months we have used the BRIO show homes to present our new town home community, MIRRA at Poplar Lake. Our MIRRA show homes will be opening this Spring, allowing us the release the remaining three BRIO homes for sale, for occupancy this Spring. Two of the homes are value-priced at $279,900 and one at $298,900 including GST. They all have three bedrooms and several additional designer show home finishes included.
